Five ways to work together

A full build, a one-week overhaul, or just the accessibility work — depending on how much of your site is already right. Not sure which one you are? That’s what the free call is for.

The De-Beige
$800.00

Your site is already built in Squarespace and it's fine. Fine is the problem. One day, together, on Zoom.

  • Homepage rewrite + restyle

  • New palette, type, imagery

*Squarespace sites only — I work inside your existing site.

If you take Medicaid or Medicare, accessibility is the law

Under the HHS Section 504 final rule, practices that receive federal health funding are required to have websites that meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That covers color contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text, form labels, video captions — the whole standard, not a plugin badge.

Every site I build meets WCAG 2.1 AA — it's built into every package, never an upsell. If your current site already exists and you just need it brought up to standard, that's The Retrofit.

I'm a designer, not your attorney. For how the rule applies to your specific practice, talk to someone who does compliance for a living.

How it goes

01 The Call

Twenty minutes. You tell me a bit about yourself, who you love working with, and who drains you. I tell you whether I'm the right fit.

02 The Dig

A 90-minute session where we get specific about your niche, your voice, and the words your clients actually use about their own lives.

03 The Build

Copy first, then design, then build in Squarespace. Two rounds of revisions, no drip-feed of vague feedback forms.

04 The Handoff

Launch day. We meet to get your domain setup, I give you a quick tour of your site and show you how to make updates and edits to your site. Then 30 days of me on email and your custom comprehensive edit guide.

Payment

30% of the quoted price is due when we start — that's what holds your spot on the calendar. The remaining 70% is due before I hand the site over to you (installment plans available). No hourly billing, no surprise line items.
